Recently, on our fanpage, we informed about our cooperation with two local schools: PCE Chrzanów and ZSTU in Trzebinia. Cooperation began very effectively. The students have already undergone several thematic trainings, and soon their internships in our company await.
This time we are pleased to announce that another institution with which we would like to cooperate on various levels is our local, Municipal Public Library in Chrzanów, located at ul. Broniewskiego 10 C. Last week, we signed an appropriate agreement with the Director, Anna Siewiorek.
The first action in which Unimetal will be involved is the joint cleaning action of the city entitled “Starry cleaning Chrzanów”, which will take place from 1-19 April 2019, as part of the Eco-Chrzanów campaign.
What is the Eco-Chrzanów campaign?
Some time ago, we wrote about the #trashtagchallenge challenge, popular on the Internet. Also in Chrzanów, such a great initiative is starting. What is it about?
All you need to do is submit a wish to participate, collect a few willing people and declare the will to clean up the area you have chosen or selected personally – by taking a picture of BEFORE and OP. It is a great and extremely useful form of spending free time. The action is called “Starry cleaning of Chrzanów”.
How to take part in the action?
Step 1 – fill the application form available on the library and FB fan page: Zero Waste Chrzanów and send it back to promocja@mbp.chrzanow.pl. IMPORTANT! you should choose one of the designated areas on the map or find and propose your own place to clean up. Such notification will receive confirmation of participation in the action. The entries have already started on Monday 1.04.
Step 2 – before cleaning, you need to pick up the necessary materials and tools (sacks, gloves, etc.) and what is the most IMPORTANT! – MAKE A PHOTO OF THE TERRAIN BEFORE ACTION! Step 3 after cleaning the area, collection of rubbish should be reported to the company EVBUD.ZHU, tel: 606957184, (32) 6232434, e-mail: evbud@interia.pl – I WILL MAKE SURE FROM PO! You can show it on your social media portals (do not forget to add #trashbagchallenge, #zerowastechrzanow), you can also mark the organizers of the event. Remember to send photos to: promocja@mbp.chrzanow.pl. We will prepare an exhibition!

We would like to invite all participants of the campaign to a summary and a common eco-game ZERO WASTE at the NATURALnie picnic in Chrzanów, which will take place on 27.04 (Saturday), in the chair. 9.00-14.00, area at the Municipal Public Library in Chrzanów, ul. Broniewskiego 10C. The program includes the power of ATTRACTIONS (workshops, competitions, tastings, meetings with eco-activists, as well as PRIZES for teams that joined us in the #trashbagchallenge version of the Chrzanów version!
